The village
A living-history site at 13740 County Road 2 in Morrisburg, with heritage buildings, working trades and costumed interpreters. Its regular daytime season runs through the warmer months; check the dates before you go.
Alight at Night 2026
November 27, 2026 to January 2, 2027, on select evenings. More than one million lights cover the heritage buildings, trees and fences. It's the festival's 26th year.
- The walk takes about 40 minutes. Add the miniature train or a horse-drawn carriage ride if you're making a night of it.
- Book timed tickets online; weekends before Christmas sell out.
- Dress for standing outside at night: boots, mitts and layers.
- Accessibility nights in past years let guests view the lights from their own cars.
Pumpkinferno tips
Each fall (October), thousands of hand-carved artificial pumpkins light up a path through the village. Buy timed tickets online; weekends in October fill first, and arrival slots run every half hour.
